How our business plans facilitate success

In contrast to feasibility studies, which usually serve the client alone as a basis for decision-making, our clients also use business plans to attract venture capital, outside capital and subsidies. The focus of a business plan is therefore on the business idea, the innovative content and market potential of the product, and the founding team - i.e. those factors that decide on financial viability. If necessary, we also carry out a qualified company valuation, which serves as a basis for negotiation in talks with investors. We can only create inspiring and at the same time feasible business plans in teamwork with you - because no one knows your business better than you. A typical business plan consists of nine parts, all of which require input from the founding team - some more, some less.
