During my MBA training at the University of St. Gallen (2011/12), the desire arose in me to use my expertise, industry and management experience not only for the benefit of my respective employer, but also for the benefit of other companies with which there is no competitive relationship. In 2020, I founded the consulting company OBERAUER, which I have been managing ever since.

On the technology front, a lot has happened in recent years. Global issues such as climate protection and the correct use of sustainable energy have become megatrends. I am very happy about that, because these are exactly my personal interests and priorities. Making the world a little bit better every day is our responsibility, but every now and then it also requires a radical break. This turns evolution into revolution in a positive sense.
My entire career as an engineer was devoted to developing cutting-edge technology, especially in the automotive and aviation industries. When I was promoted to higher positions in R&D, my focus turned to innovation and techology management, ensuring a constantly high output of my team. Today, as general manager of ATT, my main responsibility is making sure that the company stays an technological leader in its field and turns innovations into products, which hit the market without delay and generate an attractive return to my shareholders. In my function at OBERAUER, I am pleased to share my expertise with companies which are in no competitive relationship with my main business.
